Ride-Along

The Police Department encourages people interested to ride along with police personnel. If you are interested in law enforcement as a career, or in learning more about law enforcement programs, please review the Ride-Along Application/Waiver and Ride-Along Regulations – Participant Rights and Responsibilities. The form can be found below. 

Not all shifts on all days are available to accept riders. In order to best accommodate you, we ask that you list, in order of preference, the shift and day that you would like to participate in a ride-along. Once your application is received and reviewed, you will be notified by telephone or mail of your scheduled time to ride.
