Rio Vista Delta Breeze is a service of the City of Rio Vista and transit operations and maintenance are provided by Transportation Concepts of Irvine, California.

Rio Vista Delta Breeze offers deviated fixed route bus service within the City of Rio Vista and between Isleton, Rio Vista, Fairfield, Suisun City, Pittsburg / Bay Point BART Station and Antioch with connections to Lodi. The bus actually comes to your door!
