Small Business Assistance Program (SBA)
As a response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the City of Rio Vista is making a portion of CDBG-CV HCD funds available to businesses and non-profits.
- One-time grant
- Funding between $10,000 and $25,000
- Funds must be used for operating capital (payroll, insurance, lease/mortgage payments, inventory, marketing, accounting, and/or supplies)
- Payment only provided for actual incurred costs
Is your business eligible?
- Be a for-profit business
- Be physically located within City limits
- Possess a valid City of Rio Vista Business license as of date of application
- Been in operation before March 2020
- Employ no more than 25 full-time equivalent employees
- Employ at least 1W-2 employee
- City must receive all required documentation including completed application
