2x2 Committee is a monthly meeting between representatives of the City of Rio Vista and the River Delta Unified School District (RDUSD).

Unless otherwise designated, meetings will be held in the City Council Chambers in City Hall. All Committee Members and meetings are subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act, which governs how meetings of a public body are held. Generally, all meetings must be open to the public with advanced notice unless excepted. Special meetings are noticed at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting. Regular meetings are noticed at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.
Membership
The Committee is comprised of six (6) members - two (2) City Council Members, two (2) RDUSD Board Members, the City Manager, and the RDUSD Superintendent.
