The City is accepting applications for an Account Clerk I/II.
This is a full-time position, represented by Office and Professional Employees International Union, Local 29 (OPEIU).
The salary range is $3,781 - $5,234 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits.
The primary responsibility of this position is providing customer service over the phone and at the front counter, which includes receiving payments, assisting utility customers to understand their bills, scheduling payment plans, etc.
