City is Saddened to Announce the Death of Long-term Airport Advisory Commissioner, Michael Reinath
The City of Rio Vista is saddened to have received official confirmation of the passing of long-term Airport Advisory Commissioner, Michael Reinath. Michael Reinath began serving on the Rio Vista Airport Advisory Commission on June 19, 2017. Police say 70-year-old Michael Reinath and 76-year-old Linda Gifford died in the Feb. 19 collision at Marana Regional Airport on the outskirts of Tucson, Arizona.
A moment of silence in honor of Michael Reinath will occur during the March 18, 2025 6:00 PM Rio Vista City Council meeting.
