Employee Labor Agreements

City of Rio Vista employees are represented by five recognized employee organizations, including the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), Office and Professional Employees International Union Mid Management (OPEIU), Rio Vista Miscellaneous Employees Organization (RVMEO), Rio Vista Police Officer's Association (RVPOA), and the Rio Vista Professional Firefighter's Association (RVPFA).  Additionally, there are approximately 5 employees, including department heads and confidential employees, not represented by any formal organization.

This group represents approximately six employees in four classifications: Administrative Assistant, Account Clerk, Senior Account Clerk and Police Records Technician.
