The PUBLIC COMMENTS section provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Commission on items not listed on the agenda that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City. The Commission welcomes your comments under this section, but is prohibited by State law from taking action on items not listed on the agenda. Public comment is limited to 5 minutes on any item not listed on the agenda.
 

 1.                  Action Item: Minutes

            Review and approve of December 14, 2011 Planning Commission meeting minutes. 

2.                  Nomination and Selection of New Commission Chair and Vice-Chair

3.                  Action Item: Site and Architectural Design Review SAR12-001 

Public Hearing on SAR12-001, the expansion of the Fire Station Community Room/Emergency Operations Center (EOC) of approximately 150 square feet.  This would expand the front of the building towards the street by approximately three feet and would include that portion of the building that contains the Community Room and one administrative office, all of which is approximately 50 feet long.

4.                  Consideration of Reports of Chairperson, Commissioners and Staff (Informational Only)

5.                  Adjournment (Next Meeting will be scheduled for February 8, 2011)
